The Call

The call is to conceive a creative event marketing strategy for the Nashville Propel Literacy Campaign. The objective is to craft an engaging and impactful approach to promote literacy in the community, leveraging various mediums to generate interest and participation.

The Answer

In response to the call, we designed a comprehensive event marketing strategy. We created a visually striking print event poster and a roll-up welcome poster for on-site engagement. The digital front was covered with eye-catching Instagram and Facebook posts to amplify our reach and engage the online community. To add a unique touch, we transformed a bookmark into an event poster, placed within books, and sent these as PR gifts to our ambassadors. The message accompanying the gift encourages them to "save the book for kids to read at a later time", fostering a culture of literacy and community engagement. This multi-channel approach ensures a widespread impact, combining traditional and digital elements for a cohesive and memorable campaign.
